Nutrient PPM calculations

Ok hear me out, I'm not the best in Math so this is quite a struggle. I’m trying figure out nutrient PPM for my lettuce. I keep reading different numbers for seedlings vs mature plants, and I’m not sure how to calculate it properly with my meter. Anyone else wrestle with this learning curve?? pls help

PPM confused me at first so I get what you mean! My meter reads EC, so I had to convert. Seedlings thrive at the lower end (300ish), and once they’re mature I bump it up to 700. Built a spreadsheet to keep track.
