The holidays are right around the corner Our tradition used to be sugar cookies, but these days my kids demand gingerbread houses. On the hydroponics side, I’ve got peppers ripening indoors, so I’m tempted to add some heat to the menu. What’s your go‑to holiday dish, and do you keep it classic or add a twist?

Gingerbread houses are a must in our house too. My go‑to dish is a creamy potato bake, but I’ve started adding roasted garlic and herbs from my tower. Not traditional, but it disappears fast.
