Tips on sustainable hydroponics?

I just set up my first small hydroponic system in the garage. It’s working, but I’m worried about water use and electricity costs. I need some tips on how to keep things sustainable without making it too complicated. Anyone else start small and figure out eco-friendly tricks along the way? thanks!

Nice work getting started! Hydro systems are already water-efficient, but you can stretch it further by covering reservoirs to reduce evaporation. For power, LEDs are the most eco-friendly option, they last longer and sip less energy.
