I’ve definitely noticed the taste change! I used to overfeed mine and the leaves got a little harsh. Now I keep EC low during early growth and bump it slightly once it’s bushy.

I don’t follow a strict schedule. I tweak ratios based on how the leaves look. If they get too thin or pale, I add a bit more nitrogen. If they get tough, I dial it back.

I used to feed basil like it was lettuce.. big mistake. It grew fast but tasted watery. Now I keep nutrients lighter and give it more light instead.
